This is a red wine that denotes great territorial typicality, obtained from the pure vinification of the indigenous Brindisi Susumaniello grape variety. Dominated by hints of dark cherry, plum and violet with spicy hints of black pepper and balsamic hints of eucalyptus laurel and tobacco. The wine is supported by a significant acidity that makes the sip dynamic and at the same time balanced.
