Rosato del Salento IGT
An organic wine made from Negroamaro and Susumaniello grapes, ancient and indigenous vines of Brindisi, cultivated near the sea and near Lake Cillarese by Tenute Lu Spada. The maritime climate and the passion and care for organic cultivation and vinification give the wine a distinctive, soft pink colour, an intense perfume of fruit and Mediterranean scrub and an intriguing harmony and flavour on the palate.
