Vermentino is a white grape variety mainly found in Sardinia, Liguria, and Tuscany. A grape variety that evokes the sea salt, the breeze, the Mediterranean scrubland, and the scent of citrus. Visually, it appears with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections that give it a surprising brightness. The olfactory impact is characterized by a pleasant freshness, in which white peach, a slight hint of medlar, and citrus notes stand out, accompanied by floral notes of jasmine.
